County Road 31 Culvert
The removal and replacement of the Irwin drain culvert was successfully completed in November 2024 by Jones Group Inc. at the intersection of County Road 31 and County Road 8. Coldstream Concrete Ltd. was hired to manufacture and deliver 23.2 meters of a 5.0m x 2.8m box culvert. The precast concrete culvert was designed with custom features, including skewed ends, recessed connection plates, approach slab seats, and integrated infill sections, all cast directly into the culvert units. The entire culvert installation was efficiently completed in a single day.

This vibrant community hub, spanning 57.5 hectares, includes 309 residential lots and 14 commercial/industrial blocks, providing homes for around 1,000 residents. The land was developed into eight streets, with the addition of a new pumping station and a 6-cell stormwater management pond.
